Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed once we have received and verified your M-Pesa payment. We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment cannot be verified or stock is unavailable.

All payments are made via M-Pesa before dispatch. We do not offer cash on delivery. Submitting a transaction reference does not confirm payment — payment is confirmed only after our team verifies the transaction.

Prices and availability are subject to change. We make every effort to keep stock levels accurate. If an item you've ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative.

Delivery fees are shown at checkout based on your location and selected courier. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

SKYLAX is not liable for delays caused by courier providers or events outside our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the products ordered.
