Delivery Information

When you place an order, you choose a delivery provider based on your county. Delivery fees are configured per location and shown at checkout before you pay — there are no surprise charges.

We work with multiple providers including Chui, Super Metro (for applicable routes), Wells Fargo, G4S, Coastal Travel and others. Availability and pricing depend on your destination.

Nairobi and major towns typically receive orders within 1–3 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take longer. Your estimated delivery window is shown at checkout and in your order tracking.

In select locations you can pick up your order from a designated collection point or courier terminal. Where available, this option appears at checkout alongside home delivery.

Orders are dispatched only after your M-Pesa payment has been verified by our team. You will see the status update in your order tracking once your parcel is on its way.
