Returns Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for most items, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number).

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened, including personal care products, food items, and software. This will be noted on the product page where applicable.

Message us on WhatsApp at 0754092029 with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and arrange collection where eligible.

Approved refunds are issued back to your M-Pesa account within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
